New skills. Rosy cheeks.
What we are working toward
An enjoyable family day on the snow, with learning suited to each person’s experience.
Everyone gets a job
Kids
Help prepare personal gear, learn with a suitable lesson or family group, and take responsibility for the agreed meeting plan.
Parents
Participate on the snow, supervise children, help with equipment and meeting points, and learn alongside the group.
Every child attends with a parent. Both take part in the activity, setup, and cleanup, with tasks matched to ability and appropriate supervision.
Kids and adults put phones away, share tools and turns, and help each other learn. Please read the Family Participation Guidelines together before attending.
How the day takes shape
- Share experience levels and rental needs before the trip.
- Meet, get equipped, and agree on family groups and meeting points.
- Learn or practice at an appropriate level.
- Make time for warm-up breaks and a shared catch-up.
- Help return equipment and finish the day together.
What to bring
- Warm, weather-appropriate clothing and suitable snow gear.
- A participating parent.
- Equipment, rental, and lesson needs to share before the trip.
Shared arrangements
- Group coordination; tickets, equipment rentals, and any lessons will be arranged separately.
We will check Perfect North’s current lesson options before choosing groups. Lessons, tickets, and rentals have not been booked.
