Family interest information
The interest page is intended for parents to provide their own contact information and optional details about the activities that interest their family. It is not a child account, an event booking, or a payment form.
Please keep children’s full names, birth dates, medical details, and private addresses out of the public interest form. If an event needs additional information, the organizer will explain what is needed separately.
Submissions and follow-up
Interest information, when received, helps organize the starting group and discuss project arrangements with interested parents. The interest page shows whether online signup is available. A successful submission will show a confirmation message.
Contact details, service-provider information, and how long information is kept will be added before online signup opens. An interest message does not reserve a place at an outing.
Private locations and photographs
Private home and farm addresses are shared with participating families rather than published on the site. Photo-sharing arrangements for children and families will be discussed separately; expressing interest does not provide permission to publish a child’s photograph.
